عنوان فارسی تأثیرات اختلال خلقی دوقطبی II مردان بر روابط زناشویی از دیدگاه همسر: یک مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله این پژوهش با هدف تبیین تأثیرات اختلال خلقی دوقطبی II بر روابط زناشویی مردان از دیدگاه همسر انجام شد. این مطالعه با رویکرد تحقیق کیفی و با روش تحلیل مضمون (تماتیک) انجام گردید. از طریق مصاحبه‌های بدون ساختار و با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با یک بیمار دوقطبی و همسر بیمار شروع شد و تا اشباع داده‌ها (10 زوج) ادامه یافت. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها به‌ طور مستمر همزمان با جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و به ‌صورت مقایسه‌ای انجام گردید. طی فرآیند تحلیل داده‌ها چهار مضمون فراگیر (تعادل‌گریزی، تحریک‌پذیری، بی‌مبالاتی و ضعف مدیریت) قرار گرفتند. این مضمون‌ها بیانگر تأثیرات اختلال دوقطبی بر روابط زناشویی است. طبق نتایج، تأثیرات اختلال دوقطبی بر روابط زناشویی به بحران و آسیب‌های جدی در خانواده منجر می‌گردد؛ بنابراین آگاهی از تأثیرات اختلال دوقطبی با مضمون‌های بیان‌ شده از تجربیات همسر می‌تواند در برنامه‌های درمان، مراقبت، مشاوره و آموزش به بیمار و خانواده مورد استفاده متخصصان حوزه سلامت، درمان، خانواده، پرستاری، مشاوران و روان‌شناسان قرار گیرد.

عنوان انگلیسی qualitative analysis of marital problems of men with bipolar mood disorder from their Spouses views
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract: Background: The impact of bipolar mood disorder on the families is reducing quality of life and increasing divorce rate. this study is conducted aimed to explore the data related to marital problems of married men with bipolar mood disorder II from the perspective of their caregivers. Methods: Deep semi-structured interviews were conducted separately with 10 spouses of bipolar mood disorder II of Isfahan about problems in marital relationships. Data were analyzed using content analysis (thematic). Results: The present study shows that the effects of bipolar disorder in interpersonal problems in four broad themes (balance aversion, irritability, recklessness, and management weakness): neither the patient nor the spouse has the right information of the devastating impact of bipolar disorder on their relationships. Conclusion: This study showed that bipolar mood disorder causes serious problems in interpersonal relations. The effect of bipolar disorder on the family is often reduced quality of life and the escalating divorce crisis in relations between the couple's. Thus, according to the results of research, mental health professionals in the fields of nursing and caregiving and clinical treatment consultation are recommended use the implications derived from this study in treatment, advocacy, counselling, prevention, and mental training programs to patient with bipolar problem and their families.
