چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده Introduction: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of aerobic exercise and carbon particles on gene expression of NF-κB and TNF-α in rats. Materials and Methods: 24 male Wistar rats with an average body mass 279.29±26.97 g were randomly divided into 4 groups (A) Control (without training and without exposure to black carbon particles ), (b)control-pollution (exposure to black carbon particles), (c) exercise (aerobic exercise), (d) pollution-practice ( aerobic exercise with exposure to black carbon) groups.particles with a diameter less than 10 micron was used. Aerobic training with 50 percent of Max speed for 4 weeks. 24 hours after the last training session and exposure, the animals were sacrificed. Real time-Pcr technique was used. Two-way ANOVA and post hoc LSD was used to determine the significance of differences between groups. Results:there was significant difference between groups a and b (p=0.001) and b and d (p=0.003) in the amount of TNF-α. significant difference between groups (p=0.008) in the amount of NF-κB was observed. Conclusion: 4 weeks of aerobic exercise and polluted air lead to dampen the inflammatory factors NF-κB and TNF-α. . It seems that these changes lead to reducing the risk of neurodegenerative diseases.
